Over the last day or so I have posted a number of the opinion pieces which I had (mainly in the Irish Times) during the acute phase of the Irish banking crisis. For quick reference these are here. Its always interesting to look back at how one saw an issue in ‘real time’. I think the analyses stand up fairly well. I make no claim for prescience – for the most part these arose from discussions with bankers, academics, politicians and business people and represented my attempts to get to grips with what was going on.
