ZeroCovid – Zero Interest in Ireland

Dont take my word. Below a chart from Google Trends. Remember this is all relative – so 100 – maximum search interest. We are far more interested in (whats going on with) schools, (any sign of hope for) pubs, (should we book) holidays than the zerozealotry. To listen to the zerozealots we would be led to believe we were all roaring for this approach. Far from it.

No. We’d much rather continue on with opening up the country. Then have another lockdown. Then open up again. Then another lockdown. And so on. Possibly with some variants (covid variants?) such as keep everything in Level 5, like it is now (HAHAHA!), while having over 1,500 people arrive from Brazil to work in our meat factories and deliver our takeaways? Because that’s all worked so well so far.
